German is one of the world's major languages, and it is spoken as a language of business throughout Europe.
German culture has contributed greatly to the development of literature, science, philosophy, music and the visual arts in the English-speaking world, so that the study of German enhances the study of many other disciplines.
You can enrol in 100- and 200-level German through Victoria University of Wellington.
