Distance students: You will be given a slip of paper with your PIN number on it as well as your ID card.

What to do if you forget your PIN

Dunedin campus

If you forget your PIN, and you are on the Dunedin campus, please go to:

  • The ID Card Office 9am to 4:30pm, weekdays (during semesters). Please take your current Student ID Card with you.     Alternatively, if the ID Card Office is closed, Uniprint Printshop (Ground Floor ISB Library) can also produce cards.
  • After hours to Campus Watch in St David Lecture Theatre. Please take your current Student ID Card with you.
