eVision Student Portal
eVision is your one-stop shop for study-related information.
You will use eVision first when you start your formal application to the University. The account you create will be used for the rest of your study with us.
eVision is your administration tool for everything about your personal university programme. It is where the University will send notices and it contains information about your finances, your programme, examination results and student timetable.
It is also where you can keep your contact details up-to-date, choose or change papers, and at the end of your degree ... graduate.

Email Forwarding
You can use eVision to forward email sent to your student email address to another email address of your choice.
Blackboard
Blackboard provides staff and students with access to communication tools, course materials, discussion forums, online assessment and many other features to help manage their study or teaching. Not all papers use Blackboard so you may not have access to it.

Off-campus access to University Library Online Resources
Your username and password give you access to all of the library's online e- resources.

Computer Resource Room (CRR) Logins on Campus
There are a number of CRRs across the Dunedin campus with networked Macintosh and PC computers. For information about CRRs check out http://tfserver.otago.ac.nz//SCS/
Off Campus Internet Access
When accessing off campus internet sites you will be prompted for your username and password, for example within CRRs, Halls of Residence and some departmental computing facilities.
