House sitting classifieds

We are a considerate, tidy, and responsible couple in our early 30s, looking for a house-sitting opportunity from January to March 2025. I am currently completing my PhD at Otago and our current lease is ending at the end of this year. As we are sadly leaving Dunedin after this period, we are looking for a short-term agreement and would love to look after your place and animals while you are away. Kia ora! We are a French family of four—two parents with children aged 7 and 10—seeking a comfortable, fully furnished house to sit in Dunedin. As experienced homeowners who maintain our own house in France, we also love pets and gardening. Currently located in Dunedin, we are looking for accommodation from 31 January to 20 April 2025, with the possibility of extending our stay, preferably a three-bedroom house near the University of Otago.
