Dr Yimei Man joined the Department of Accountancy and Finance in February 2020 as a Lecturer in Accounting. She completed her PhD in 2019 from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and MSc in 2012 from the University of Stirling, United Kingdom.
Her research interests are in the area of corporate governance, such as agency conflicts, earnings management, auditing, board characteristics, and firm performance. She's also interested in asset pricing.
She has published articles in ABDC Rank A journals. She has presented her research in international research conferences, including Financial Markets and Corporate Governance (FMCG) Conference and the New Zealand Finance Meeting.
