CARE goals
Collaboration of Ageing Research Excellence – Te Taki Rangahau Pēperekou, advances and communicates research that improves the health and wellbeing of older and ageing people in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We aim to:
- Build capacity at the University of Otago for ageing-related research spanning physical, social, economic and spiritual concerns
- Foster interdisciplinary research collaborations
- Support new and emerging researchers
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure research is community-facing and appropriately and widely disseminated
