Overview
PhD candidates are being recruited to join any of the Christchurch Departments to undertake research in the field of gastroenterology as part of the Gastrointestinal Unit for Translational Studies Group, University of Otago, Christchurch.
Gastrointestinal Unit for Translational Studies (GUTS) brings an interdisciplinary approach to improving digestive health by incorporating the strengths of many diverse scientific perspectives and methods including diet and nutrition, understanding bacterial action, underlying biology, inflammation, and infection.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated students to do their PhD, or other postgraduate degree.
