Iain graduated from Otago University in 1990 and began life in General Practice.
Over the years he completed further post graduate qualifications in Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine, completed a Masters in Health Science (pain and pain management), and worked in a range of rehabilitation, pain management and musculoskeletal medicine settings, before completing specialist training as a Musculoskeletal Medicine Physician.
He currently works full time in private practice in Christchurch, New Zealand, and is a clinical tutor in MSK Ultrasound at the Australian Institute of Ultrasound.
His clinical interests include interventional pain management, point of care ultrasound, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems in adults, particularly spinal pain.
