Overview

Nucleic acid-based drugs have the potential to be used as therapy to inhibit undruggable targets including proteins and RNAs. Examples include siRNAs, antisense oligonucleotides and microRNA mimics.

This project will investigate the activity of novel dual-action silencing constructs on the biology and drug sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and mesothelioma cell lines, by combining microRNA replacement, siRNA-mediated oncogene knockdown, and antisense inhibition.
