Information
Established in 1981 for the purpose of encouraging research into the improvement of livestock, value enhancement by processing of end product or the marketing of primary meat produce. Applicants with a specific interest in genetic improvement of sheep flocks are particularly encouraged to apply.
The Scholarship may be awarded with overseas tenure.
Applicants must be:
- obtaining their first doctoral qualification
- domestic students
- undertaking research related to the improvement of livestock
Selection is based predominantly on academic merit and the applicant's potential for research.
