Overview
This intensive two-week revision course is intended to help candidates sitting for the written component of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians examination. The course has been held annually since 1986 and is the longest running and most popular course of its kind in Australasia.
This well-established course is delivered by experienced specialists selected as being excellent teachers and communicators who are experts in their field. The course is updated yearly to deliver information on the latest guidelines and therapeutic developments. A large number of MCQ s and practice exams are available.
From 2022, we have made this course hybrid, where we are accepting attendees in-person and online.

2024
We will be offering this course in two formats:
- For those sitting the October 2024 Divisional Written Examination – we will be offering 2023’s recordings and e-materials. Access to the course materials will be granted after registration closes on 1 July 2024. Please note that it takes up to two weeks for your username to be created. You will have access until 31 October 2024.
- Registration has closed
- For those sitting the February 2025 Divisional Written Examination – we are offering a hybrid (in-person and online) course (11–22 November 2024). The materials and recordings are the same, however, those who register for the in-person course receive a hardcopy workbooks, merchandise, and are welcome to attend two social events – offering a wonderful experience of Dunedin city. Access to the course materials will be granted one week before the course commences and you will have access until 28 February 2025.

2025
We will be offering the course again in 2025, in both formats. Our 2025 course will run 10–21 November 2025. Registration will open in February 2025. More information will be provided later in the year.

- Week 1: Monday 11 November to Saturday 16 November 2024
- Drinks and canapes event – Tuesday 12 November
- Larnach Castle banquet dinner and dancing – Saturday 16 November
- Week 2: Monday 18 November to Friday 22 November 2024

Refund policy
Cancellations made up to three months before the course will receive a 100 per cent refund, minus an administration charge of NZ$50.
Cancellations made between three months and six weeks before the course will receive a 50 per cent refund, minus an administration charge of NZ$50.
Cancellations within six weeks of the course will receive no refund.
