Please note that we will send an invoice to the school following the workshop.

If you elect to pay by credit card, a tax invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

If you use another method of payment, you may request a tax invoice after the completion of enrolment by contacting ESS Admin.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Education Support Services (ESS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop. If ESS cancels a workshop, paid registrants will be given full refunds.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the number of bookings for that workshop falls below the required number of participants.
  • If an attendee cancels their registration, a $25 administration fee will be applied. For any cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop date, the full cost of the workshop will be charged.
  • In the event that a participant booked for the workshop does not attend (without prior notice) the full cost of the workshop will be charged.

Inclement Weather Policy

If you have registered for an ESS workshop and traveling may be hazardous on the day of the workshop, please use your own judgment when deciding whether to attend. Participants who cannot attend a workshop because of inclement weather should contact the ESS office. Refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.

What is the security code and where do I find it?

For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3 digit number called the CVC2 (Mastercard) or CVV2 (Visa) number. The number is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on the back of your MasterCard or Visa credit card in the top-right corner of the signature box.
