Biography
Before being appointed to a part-time position in technology at Dunedin College ofEducation in 2002, my teaching career gave me experiences in teaching in both primary and secondary classrooms. I was originally trained as a primary teacher but have spend most of my classroom teaching career working as a specialist Year 7 and 8 food and soft materials technology teacher.
I have a strong interest in how technology education is taught in schools and more recently how we are supporting our pre-service teachers in their understandings of the technology curriculum.
