The Epi25 Collaborative is a partnership between the Broad Institute and over 60 international epilepsy research groups and USA government agencies. Large-scale whole exome sequencing is being performed to identify genes associated with the epilepsies.
New Zealand individuals participating in our epilepsy genetic research who have genetic generalised epilepsy, genetic focal epilepsy or epileptic encephalopathies are included in this international collaborative effort.
