Your study timetable will be set by the University before you start the year.
Once you have selected your papers you will be able to see a provisional timetable in your eVision portal. At this point the timetable will show a time but not the room.
For some of the papers where there are a large number of students enrolled, there is a requirement to have more than one session of each of the lectures, tutorials and/or laboratories scheduled each week. In these cases students are placed into a particular stream. You will be allocated to specific streams by eVision at the time you select your papers. eVision will make a best fit to avoid clashes with your other papers.
There may be further amendments to streams as numbers fluctuate, and streams are added and removed by departments.
Prior to the start of the semester your timetable will be locked and updated to show room information for your classes.
