We have the expertise to help you develop a consumer centric perception of quality for your product. Rather than arbitrarily deciding quality cut offs, consumers can be used to determine the quality limits of your product. The important consumer, sensory properties and/or flavour can be related to product to composition, formulation and processing.
With access to state of the art analytical equipment coupled with sensory and microbiological testing, product quality attributes can be defined, characterized, improved or enhanced.
