We provide trouble shooting and general food science consultancy services. These services can take the form of agreed sum projects or hourly consultancy rates.
The services span the technical needs of food companies and can include solving technical problems associated with food products, ingredient advice, specification writing, reviews of scientific and technical literature, shelf life advice, spoilage and food safety problems, providing food science technical support to companies, participating in company meetings addressing technical issues e.g., HACCP review meetings.
