Three members of the Department of Pathology and Biomedical Science presented at the Vitamin C 2019 Symposium held at the Auckland University of Technology last week.
Professor Margreet Vissers from the Centre for Free Radical Research gave an overview of Vitamin C.
Associate Professor Anitra Carr from the Nutrition in Medicine Research Group discussed vitamin C cofactor functions: vasopressor synthesis.
And Associate Professor Gabi Dachs from the Mackenzie Cancer Research Group presented on transcription factor regulation by vitamin C.
