Masters' programmes and other student affairs are governed by a number of policy statements and regulations. These statements and regulations will not be reproduced in this Handbook although those wishing to be sure on points of detail should consult them. The most relevant policies and guidelines to graduate research candidates are available at: http://www.otago.ac.nz/graduate-research/policies/index.html, with the full set in the Policy Library at http://www.otago.ac.nz/administration/policies/.
Masters' students should familiarise themselves with the regulations for their particular degree, as printed in the University Calendar. Copies of the University Calendar may be consulted in the University Library, Divisional Offices, or the University Information Centre. Copies of degree regulations may also be obtained from the Department or School in which the degree is offered, and are frequently included in material made available to students by Departments.
