Security is a priority at Hayward
For the security of your new home, main doors lock at 5pm and your ID swipe card gains after-hours access.
Guests and visitors
Guests are always welcome. Overnight guests must be approved 24 hours before their arrival by the Warden, Deputy Warden or Assistant Warden.
Evening security guards
A security guard is on duty every evening from 10.00pm until 6.00am.
