The death of a colleague can leave a personal and professional void in the workplace, and can often be a shock. A co-worker's death can mean the loss of someone who we depend on, but also the loss of a friend.
The effects can often be shock, disbelief, anger, guilt, sadness, fear, and finally acceptance.
