Gender categories and titles
All staff can change their gender recorded in HR systems online, in the Web Kiosk. Categories are "female", "male" and "gender diverse".
Ethical Behaviour Policy
The purpose of the Ethical Behaviour Policy is to promote ethical interactions between members of the University community, and ensure that the University provides an inclusive environment of safety, respect and dignity so members can participate fully in all aspects of University life.
Part of this is about ensuring that University staff and students can work and study without being subject to any kind of discrimination or harassment, including gender discrimination, personal harassment, and/or bullying.
The policy contains processes for reporting and resolving breaches of the policy.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Programme is a free, confidential counselling service for staff. The purpose of the programme is to provide short-term, brief, intervention counselling.
