Scheduled: UO_WIFI - PEAP Authentication Certificate Renewal

Description: Due to the expiration of the existing certificate, the new certificate needs to be installed and the authentication service needs to be migrated to the new certificate.
A normal part of a certificate renewal is that devices that have "trusted" the old certificate will prompt users to "trust" the new certificate, typically this involves Apple devices running both macOS and iOS.
Note that the uo-wifi.otago.ac.nz certificate is used for the authentication of both the UO_WIFI network, and the G4 wired network at all University Campuses.
