Resolved: Blackboard Paper Administration Outage

Audience: All Staff
Description: Staff are currently unable to access Blackboard Paper Administration (also known as BBStaff to some users). When attempting to access this application, staff will be prompted with a page which states:
"Sorry, this page isn't available
You are not authorised to perform a full paper search in this application
Access denied by Application security check."
AskOtago can continue to help with any urgent changes that need to be made that you would usually complete yourself via Blackboard Paper Administration (i.e., staff access/access date changes/rollovers). If changes are not urgent, please save these to be done once service has been restored.
