Kimberly’s passion for this area of law was ignited during her studies at Otago University and it has persisted throughout her time in practice.
She chairs the Wellington Trusts and Estates Committee, and regularly presents seminars to lawyers, legal executives, and other professionals in relation to trusts, estates, and relationship property.
Along with her colleagues, she taught Equity at the Victoria University Law School in Wellington between 2020 and 2022, and she is a contributing author to the 8th edition of Garrow and Kelly, Law of Trusts and Trustees, among other publications.
