(Opens in new window) A ‘Wayzgoose’ is a term still used to describe the annual outing or dinner held by or for members of a printing works. The Bibliography Room has always held such occasions, albeit less grand, but especially after the completion of a major printing project. The keepsake on display was printed to celebrate the completion of work done by Tara McLeod, the first printer in residence in 2003. Photograph of the Albion Press, c. 1970 |
