In Dead Man's Head, Jack presented various characters and their relationships with 'the Gang' chapter by chapter almost it seemed, like billboard cutouts.' - David Elliot. This title is the first in the series. To the left is the first McIndoe edition; to the right the second Longacre issue. Jenny Cooper designed both books.
