The designer of this colourful jacket is unknown. However, there is information in the preliminary pages that offers a clue: 'all the illustrations, including colour plates, the endpapers and the jacket design, have been provided by National Publicity Studios, Wellington.' Some day a diligent researcher will crack this particular mystery.
