Transcript of attached objections by Monro tertius, tipped in Report from the Select Committee on Anatomy (1828).
Monro Tertius was not impressed with Warburton's Anatomy Bill (as it was called). The manuscript by Tertius pasted along side the Bill contains a list of numerous objections to the rules and regulations ('a reference to England only…'), a Draft Petition of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and a list of objections from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Interestingly the Bill in this form did not pass and so was resubmitted. It was passed into law on 1st of August, 1832. This is a typescript of the original.
