Online MBA IT support team, Otago MBA

The Otago Online MBA goes the extra mile to make sure that the students will enjoy their experience on the programme.

Supporting the Otago Online MBA is a competent and dedicated support team comprising of PhD students from the Information Science and Marketing Departments of the Otago Business School and Higher Education Development Centre.

They sit through all lectures with the lecturers and students to make sure everything runs smoothly. An IT support team member is able to test internet connections, and ensure equipment and video-conferencing software is working properly with any students who wish to do so prior to Orientation.
