Seeking participants for a survey on supportive care needs of prostate cancer patients

We want to find out about the experiences and unmet supportive care needs of prostate cancer patients in New Zealand. We hope to use this information to  develop evidence-based, community-based programs to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of men with prostate cancer, and help supportive care providers deliver the best quality, patient-centered care.
