Personal bio
Eleanor is originally from the United States, graduating from Miami University of Ohio with a B.S. and M.S. studying the intersection of sport, gender, and media studies.
She moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2023 to pursue a PhD at Otago.
Her research focuses on women's sport and gendered media representations in sport.
Currently, she is studying the legacy of the FIFA Women's World Cup held in Aotearoa NZ and Australia.
