APSTE Fono 2024
Mālo ni, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Kia orāna, Tālofa lava, Mālō e lelei, Talofa, Noa'ia, Ni sa bula vinaka, Mauri, Tēnā koutou katoa and warm Pacific greetings to our valued APSTE members.
We warmly invite you to join us on 10-12 July for the APSTE Fono 2024, this year hosted by APSTE members from the University of Otago (Dunedin campus) and Otago Polytechnic.
This is the opportunity for us to come together as an association, welcome new members and fill our cups as we navigate the second half of the year. As our fono aligns with Kiribati Language Week, our theme this year is 'Te bobou ae boou', which translates to 'a new beginning of work that is positively anticipated and underway'. Our fono will look towards the future and will delve into discussions of technology and innovation and how we can make the most of the tools available to us in the digital realm.
This fono runs from 5pm Wednesday, 10 July to 1pm Friday, 12 July.
