Classes will run every Wednesday until 21 May 2025 (except 9th and 23rd April due to prior bookings)

Qigong (“chee-gong”) is a Chinese health programme which is over 5000 years old. Slow graceful movements are combined with mental concentration and breathing to increase and balance vital energy. Designed to contribute to physical and psychological wellbeing, studies have shown Qigong to be effective in reducing stress and improving your overall wellbeing.

All staff are welcome to attend either in person on Dunedin campus or online.
