Court of Benefactors

The Annual Court of Benefactors’ Dinner, Thursday 28 November in the Staff Club was held in conjunction with the 21st anniversary of the Leading Thinkers.

End of year events

End of year events were kindly hosted by alumni in Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland, New York, and London and we have some photos to share for Adelaide on Sunday 1 December and Auckland on Tuesday 3 December.

Class of ’79 reunion

A reunion of Otago’s medical school Class of ’79 held on the Wellington campus in October gave the first group of students to complete their study in the capital city the chance to return to their old haunts.

The graduating class of 1979 was the first to be able to complete their fourth, fifth and sixth years of medical school on one of three University campuses, Dunedin, Christchurch or Wellington.
