Members of the Mackenzie Cancer Research Group presented their research at an information evening for the Cancer Society at the St Andrew's College Centennial Chapel on the 20 July 2017.
The event, What's new in cancer research? Genes and lifestyle, consisted of seven short lay talks, ranging from cancer prevention to modifiable risk factors and to clinical trials, ably chaired by Dr Margaret Currie.
Over 100 members of the public attended and participated in lively question and answer sessions throughout the evening.
