1x furnished double bedroom available in a three-bedroom house with one bathroom. You will be sharing the house with one other mature female.
The room is suitable for either a single person or a couple (price negotiable). The bedrooms have original flowery wallpaper, but the bathroom is lovely and newish, and the kitchen is original but clean and tidy. Queen bed and dresser provided. No wardrobe provided but there is a dresser available.
Must love animals as there is one lovely tabby cat and one small Maltese dog. Pets considered after meeting. I am a non-smoker, but smokers OK, pets negotiable.
