It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that is fully furnished (unless requested otherwise). It would be great for a family, a couple, or someone looking to retreat. The floors, painting and bathroom have been renovated within the past few years, and the house is clean and pleasant with amazing views of the Dunedin Harbour. It has a warm fireplace, double glazing, heat pump for the main living areas and heaters are available in the other rooms. It has a beautiful garden full of native birds and flowers that you can enjoy all year long. There is a trampoline, swings, and kids' playhouse for young kids. A fabulous family home.
Some extra notes: Furnishing can be flexible. Currently, the rooms have 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed with a standing desk for an office. Pets negotiable. The property is a semi-lifestyle property. We are on tank water and have a long gravel driveway. While we will have a property manager available to support you with any problems, it is helpful to be aware that living in the bush requires a little bit of awareness of the environment. Our cars can be hired as well with additional negotiation.
