University staff are invited to participate in a free wellbeing initiative organised on-campus in Dunedin and online.

Qigong (“chee-gong”) is a Chinese health programme which is over 5000 years old. Slow graceful movements are combined with mental concentration and breathing to increase and balance vital energy. Designed to contribute to physical and psychological wellbeing, studies have shown Qigong to be effective in reducing stress and improving moods.
