Overview
The Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy (PGCertPharm) is intended for students who have completed a health or biomedical science or other approved degree and are interested in pursuing a research project in the area of pharmacy.
You do not have to be a pharmacy graduate.
Research topics are offered in one of the four areas:
- Biopharmaceutics
- Clinical pharmacy
- Pharmaceutical sciences
- Social pharmacy
The non-endorsed PGCertPharm consists of a single research paper of six months' duration:
- PHCY 590 Dissertation (60 points)
Outcomes include an enhanced understanding of research methods, hands-on laboratory experience, and experience writing-up research.
