Our experienced clinicians can see you for any condition where physiotherapy would be beneficial including, but not limited to, conditions such as sprains and strains, back and neck problems, concussion, arthritis, stroke, MS and post-operative rehabilitation.

We carry out individualised assessments to help you understand your condition and guide you with your rehabilitation, enabling you to work towards your goals and manage your normal everyday functions.

Options for consultation:

  • One on one with a fully qualified physiotherapist; or
  • Student led consultation under the direct supervision of a fully qualified physiotherapist (discounted rates apply).

Injury recovery

Our dedicated skilled staff offer comprehensive rehabilitation for surgical and non-surgical management of significant injuries and conditions. These include but are not limited to:

  • Achilles rupture
  • Knee injuries – MCL, ACL, meniscus, patella dislocation
  • Shoulder – rotator cuff, dislocation, AC joint trauma
  • Arthritis including knee, hip and shoulder replacement
  • Back and neck – Disc injury, fracture
  • Post-immobilisation – e.g. fracture, severe sprain
  • Pre-hab – preparation prior to surgery e.g. strengthening, mobilising, increase fitness

Your rehabilitation programme will work toward your specific goals, whether it is return to sport, work or any other activity you need to perform. Our two locations have gym facilities available if necessary, including our Unipol site that has access to a commercial gym.

Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) Clinic

Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) affect the jaw, including the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), leading to various symptoms. Common issues associated with TMD include:

  • Pain in the jaw and face areas
  • Dysfunction such as restricted mouth opening and lockjaw, which can impact activities like chewing, singing, and yawning

Our clinicians work closely with other health professionals to provide comprehensive support for individuals with TMD.

Neuro rehab clinic

We can offer assessment and physical rehabilitation/ treatment for both short and long term conditions, including:

Specialised balance testing

We can provide detailed assessment of balance and inner ear function. Our Balance, Dizziness and Vertigo clinic offers leading edge EquiTest®, Balance Master®, vHIT and Oculography technology. This provides the gold standard for diagnosing and treating balance disorders.

Concussion clinic

Our concussion recovery services help you make a managed return to normal levels of physical activity, studies, and work.

Each component of our concussion assessment and recovery service is evidence-based and delivered in keeping with international best-practice.

Dysautonomia clinic: Personalised care for autonomic nervous system disorders

Dysautonomia, or autonomic dysfunction, refers to a group of conditions where the autonomic nervous system ( ANS ) is not working as well as it normally does, affecting involuntary body functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation.

Symptoms of dysautonomia can vary widely and include:

  • Dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when standing or changing position
  • Rapid heartbeats
  • Fatigue
  • Temperature dysregulation, such as excessive sweating or difficulty sweating
  • Hot or cold extremities
  • Vision problems, including blurred vision or difficulty focusing
  • Exercise intolerance
  • Headaches
