Overview
Shef Rogers welcomes applications for advanced study of British literature of the eighteenth century. He has published on the poetry of Alexander Pope, on Swift's Gulliver's Travels, and on travel books more generally. He is especially interested in the development of narrative techniques across all genres, and most intrigued by the mode of satire.
Full funding plus stipend available for suitably qualified MA and PhD candidates.
