Description: Please be aware that from Monday 11th November until Friday 7th February the lift lobbies on the ground floor and first floor of the OBS are being upgraded.
We will be splitting both lobbies down the middle with hoardings to enable the South lifts then the North lifts to still be accessable while we work on the North side then the South.
At diffrent stages of this project either the Ground toilets or the Level 1 toilets will not be accessable, but never both floors at the same time. We will however endevour to have the Ground toilets accessable for the larger events that have been booked in over the next few months.
Noise will be kept to a minimum, but the atrium enviroment may unfortunately echo the work being carried out.
This has been programmed while the building is in it's low occupancy but work on the project will be suspended while an event is taking place.

From March 3 next year, the ground floor bathroom will be undergoing light refurbishment, similar to prior works on the floors above. Minor accessibility upgrades to the shower are included.
We will work on one bathroom at a time. The bathroom that remains open will be made available to all genders - in the case of the male bathroom, this will include removing the urinal from use for that period. This will allow us to keep an accessible bathroom open throughout the works.
We expect the work to take up to four weeks to complete. Please make use of the bathrooms on upper floors during this time unless you require the accessible ground floor bathroom.
