Why should I have to pay to hire University facilities?
All space in the University is subject to cost recovery from the occupiers or divisions administering the space therefore the cost of using space on a permanent or casual basis is passed on to the user.
Office space
I wish to request more office space. What should I do?
To obtain more office space make a submission with supporting data through your Divisional Director or Assistant Vice Chancellor to the University Space Allocation Advisory Committee which overseas and makes recommendations on space matters to the Vice Chancellors Advisory Group. The Committee is chaired by the Chief Operating Officer. Property Services' Property Management Unit will be able to assist you by providing the Space Planning and Management (SPAM) data for your submission.
