The Helpdesk can get up to 60 calls a day from staff and students requesting assistance from Property Services. It's the first point of contact for many enquiries, requests for building repairs of any kind, car parking and tow-aways.

The most time-efficient and preferred way to reach us is to contact your Departmental Administrator as they have access to submit an Online Request.

You can also request work over the phone, but you must fill out a work order request form with a specific reference number.
