Property Services carries out alterations and maintenance work within the campus environment.
If your department requires alterations due to changing requirements or maintenance then the first step is to have your departmental administrator submit an Online Request.
Once we receive the request, any day to day maintenance issues are assigned to the appropriate trade staff who will attend to it. If it is more involved then a Facility Manager will liaise with you to determine the specific requirements.
Once the requirements are understood we are able to give you a professional estimate or quote.
