Construction (Licenced Building Practitioners)
We pride ourselves on the management and delivery of all the core elements involved within the construction sector here within the University of Otago built environment. Our team is highly skilled and pride themselves on providing a quality service within the time frames require.
Key services include:
- Experienced Licensed Building Practitioners for restricted building work
- Alterations and adaptions
- General repairs and maintenance
- Crane Lifts: providing safe lifting of departmental equipment to buildings. This includes coordination of traffic management and height safety plans
- Coordinating the provision of scaffolding to buildings for all exterior and internal repairs
- 24/7 Call Out service to all University buildings, to secure after hours break-ins and vandalism. This extends to any door security and lock repairs campus wide
