Ngāi Tahu health and wellbeing: An integrated data approach
This project is led by Dr Emma Wyeth and funded by the Dunedin School of Medicine Dean's Bequest Fund. This project builds on a smaller environmental scan project that completed for Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. This project provides a more detailed understanding of the health and well-being of Ngāi Tahu nationally, and of Māori living within the Ngāi Tahu takiwā, through accessing national datasets and conducting analyses of linked data of a range of characteristics, and by collection of qualitative insights from Ngāi Tahu health experts. This information will be used to help inform future Ngāi Tahu health priorities and activities.
