GPA Calculator
There is missing information and/or the Credit Value must be an integer.
Note: This calculator may be used to produce an unofficial indication of your GPA on the basis of university results. This is indicative only. Your actual GPA will be calculated by the University. Your eligibility to enrol will be subject to the availability of places and the application of the Academic Progress Policy and other relevant University regulations. How the GPA is calculated
A numerical value is assigned to each letter grade and the weighted average calculated (taking in to account differing credits/points values of papers).
Values are assigned to grades as follows:
- A+ = 9
- A = 8
- A- = 7
- B+ = 6
- B = 5
- B- = 4
- C+ = 3
- C = 2
- C- = 1
- D or below (any fail grade) = 0
Only the two most recent years of full-time (or equivalent) enrolment will be considered.
If a student has undertaken less than two years of full-time (or equivalent) enrolment, the GPA will be calculated using the grades achieved so far.
