If you are studying at the Dunedin campus:
The Student Services Fee for students at the Dunedin campus is calculated based on the number of EFTS (Equivalent Full-Time Student) a student is enrolled in for the academic year. The fee is set at $11.52 per 0.01 EFTS , which amounts to $1,152.00 for 1 EFTS . This fee is capped at 1.05 EFTS of on-campus study per academic year.

OUSA Membership
The Otago University Students' Association (OUSA) membership is voluntary in 2025, and there is no fee for joining. Membership is automatic for all Otago students, but if you do not wish to be part of the Association you can opt out.
